贲门失弛缓症食管测压研究

摘    要:通过气囊传感法观察了贲门失弛缓症及正常人各10例的食管上、下括约肌及食管体部的运动功能,结果发现贲门失弛缓症食管下括约肌压力明显升高,食管下括约肌松弛率明显降低,食管下括约肌松弛时间明显缩短,食管体部出现病理性收缩波,食管上括约肌功能大致正常。提示贲门失弛缓症存在明显的食管运动功能异常。

Abstract:The dynamic function of the upper and lower esophageal sphincters and the body of esophagus in patients with achalasia and healthy adults was investigated by manometry with balloon.The results showed that LESP (the lower esophageal sphincter pressure was significantly raised,LESRR the lower esophageal relaxation rate) significantly decreased, and LESRD (the duration of the lower esophageal relaxation were) significantly shortened in patients with achalasia in comparison with normal contal,Pathological contraction wave was observed in the body of esophagus.The function of the upper esophageal sphinster (UES) was nearly normal .The above results suggest that there is marked dynamic func tional disturbance in esophageal achalasia.
