摘    要:根据深海采矿输送管道在采矿船牵引下运动,同时受到管道和管内流体重力、浮力和海水阻力作用的情况,采用有限元对输送软管进行了计算分析。从计算结果的比较分析可知:在输送管道下端安装浮体,得到了一种十分理想的采矿系统;海流和海浪对管道上端的结点反力有较大的影响,对管道下端的结点反力和管道的形状影响较小;采矿船运动对管道产生很大的阻力,对管道两端的结点反力和管道形状影响都很大。

Abstract:The paper calculated and analyzed sea mining transportation pipe with FEM on the basis of the fact that the pipes move under the draft of mining ships, the gravity of the pipes and the liquid inside, the buoyancy as well as the hydrodynamic force. The comparative study of the calculation results indicates that an ideal mining system was obtained by installing buoy along the under end of the transportation pipes. The current and ocean wave exert large influence on the reaction force in the transportation pipes but small influence on the reaction force in the bottom end of the pipes and on the shape of the pipes. The great hydrodynamic force on the pipes caused by the mining ship movement greatly influences the force on both ends of the pipes and their shapes.
