| 摘 要： | 7—氨基去乙酰氧基头孢烷酸(7—ADCA)是合成头孢类抗生素的一个重要中间体，其制备一般以青霉素G为原料，经氧化、扩环重排、裂解三步反应制得。本文综述了这三步反应的情况，并对7-ADCA的精制进行介绍。

| Abstract: | aminodesacetoxycephalosporanic acid (7 ADCA) is an important
intermediate in the synthesis of cephalosporins It is prepared by three step reactions including
oxidation, expansion and splitting from penicillin G. This review summarizes the three step
reactions and introduces the method of refining of 7 ADCA. |
