| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济建设的快速发展,安全生产事故也层出不穷,煤矿、交通和建筑业等更是事故多发行业。本文从政府失灵理论入手,探求目前我国严峻的安全生产形势背后的政府管制无力状况,通过比较国内外安全生产政府管制各方面的举措,对我国安全生产政府管制体系的改革与创新提出建议。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of economic construction,the number of the accidents of production safety in our country adds increasingly,especially in the coal,transportation and building sectors.Starting with the theory on government failure,this paper explores the invalidation in our governmental regulation of production safety.After the comparison between our country and developed countries,the paper puts forward several advices on the reformation and innovation of governmental regulation system of production safety in our country. |
