激光熔覆快速成型致密金属零件的试验研究

摘    要:激光熔覆成型能改善快速成型技术的基本工艺使之能够在快速,精确制造零件的同时提高零件的强度等力学性能,使快速成型技术突破目前多用来制造原型和模型的现状,直接生产高性能零件。本文对激光熔覆快速成型致密金属零件进行试验研究,介绍了试验装置的组成,通过单层和多层试验研究,获得了激光功率,扫描速度和光斑直径对激光熔覆成型的影响规律,获得了激光熔覆成型的金属零件。

Abstract:Rapid prototyping by laser cladding has improved the basic technology of other rapid prototyping methods such as SLA,SLS,LON,FDM and so on.It can rapidly manufacture components both with a certain of precision and with high density and strengthen.Rapid prototyping by laser cladding can directly manufacture metal components without prototypes or moulds.The experiment equipments were introduced,and the researches on rapid prototyping densified metal components by laser cladding have been carried out in this paper.The law that the influences of laser power,scanning speed and laser beam diameter on the laser cladding has been obtained,and some metal components formed by laser cladding have been obtained.
