| 摘 要： | 本文报道我院经超声检查的移植肾221例.共检出术后合并症9种147个,其中71个获得活检、手术及/或病理证实。结果表明:超声对肾移植术后合并症的检出率为66.5％,与临床诊断的符合率为92.5％。急性排异、慢性排异、肾周血肿及输尿管-膀胱吻合口狭窄等是重要的合并症。本文详述了这些合并症的超声表现,并就它们的诊断和鉴别诊断进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | 221 transplanted kidneys ware examined with ultrasound. 147 complications were divided into 9 groups. Seventy-one cases were proved by needle biopsy ,operation and/or pathology. The results showed that the rate of complication followed renal transplantation is 66. 5% and the diagnosis efficiency of ultrasound is 92. 5%. Acute rejection,chronic rejection, perirenal hematoma and anastomotic stenosis of the ureter-bladder are important complications. The ultrasound features are described , and the diagnosis and differential diagnosis are discussed. |
