摘    要:本文结合酒钢CSP生产实践,对CSP连铸机典型漏钢原理、特征及原因进行分析并提出预防措施,实践表明强化岗位操作、严格控制钢水成分、温度,可有效的减少开浇漏钢和裂纹漏钢;采用三孔窄面铜板,可减少结晶器铜板划伤,避免飞边悬挂漏钢;提高扇形段对中精度和减小结晶器偏振,优化结晶器保护渣,是控制粘结漏钢的关键。目前酒钢CSP漏钢事故得到有效控制,漏钢率由2009年的0.26%,降低到2011年的0.09%,投产5年来首次实现了百日无漏钢事故。

The Characters and Causes Analysis of Breakout on CSP Continuous Casting Machine in JISCO

Abstract:Through the theories and characters and causes analysis for breakout of JISCO CSP caster, combined with production practice, the article put forward countermeasures. The practice indicated that by strengthening operation habitude and strict control of composition and temperature of molten steel, casting breakout can be reduced effectively. The mould copper pulling injure can be reduced and hanging breakout can be avoided by making use of three-hole narrow copperplates. The keys to control sticking breakout are improving segments alignment precision and reducing mould difference vibration and optimizing mould flux. Now the breakout can be controlled effectively, breakout rate decreases from 0.26% in 2009 to 0.09% in 2011. So far the first reach one-hundred- days-without-accidents hate been eached in 5 years of production .
