| 摘 要： | 对11例原发性高血压(EH)患者顿服依那普利20mg后,动态观察血清依那普利拉浓度与血压、血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ)、内皮素(ET)心钠素(ANF)水平变化的关系,结果示服药后血药浓度3h达峰值,4h开始下降,7h降至最低;血压效应在1h开始起效,3h最明显,4～7h维持在有效水平;2、4、6h血浆AⅡ、ET和ANF水平逐渐下降,与治疗前比较有显著差异,血药浓度与血压效应的变化一致,血药浓度与血浆AⅡ水平之间呈非线性关系。

| Abstract: | Serum enalapril level,angiotensin I (A I ),endothelin(ET),atrial natriuret-ic factor (ANF) and blood pressure were monitored in 11 cases with essential hypertension after taing enalapril 20 mg orally. The results indicated that the serum drug concentration reached the peak in 3 hours,began to decline in 4 hours,decreased to the lowest in 7 hours. The blood pressure began to decline in 1 hour,reached the lowest in 3 hours,amount to a plateau from 4 to 7 hours respectively. Plasma A I ,ET, ANF levels also drop in 2,4,6 hours. There was a significant change after taking the drug. The change of serum drug concentration was concurrent with that of blood pressure. The non-linear relationship was shown between serum drug concentration and plasma A I level. |
