3,5-二硝基苯甲酸催化加氢工艺研究

摘    要:本文以3,5-二硝基苯甲酸为原料,经催化加氢合成了3,5-二氨基苯甲酸.通过正交试验考察了不同反应浓度、反应温度、反应压力对还原反应纯度的影响.研究了反应浓度对还原收率的影响.试验确定的最佳反应工艺条件是:水和硝基物的质量比为8∶1,反应温度为60~65℃,反应压力为0.5~0.7 MPa.还原收率达97%以上,转化率达100%,纯度达99.5%以上.

Abstract:3,5-Diaminobenzoic acid was synthesized from 3,5-dinitrobenzoic acid by catalytic hydrogenation.The effects of the different reaction concentration,reaction temperature and hydrogen pressure on purity of reduction were investigated by orthogonal tests.The effect of reaction concentration on the reduction yield was studied.The optimum conditions determined by the experiments were the ratio of water volume to nitrate quantity 1:8,the reaction temperature 60~65℃,the hydrogen pressure 0.5~0.7 MPa.The yield of reduction was up to 97%,the conversion rate was 100% and the purity was above 99.5%.
