局部封闭联合冷冻治疗瘢痕疙瘩疗效分析

目的 观察局部封闭联合冷冻治疗增生性瘢痕疙瘩的临床疗效.方法 2006年12月至2011年6月共治疗瘢痕疙瘩120例,将其分为实验组和对照组.实验组采取醋酸曲安奈德局部注射联合液氮冷冻治疗,并以单纯局部冷冻治疗、单纯醋酸曲安奈德局部注射治疗作为时照组,每组40例,所有患者随访6个月至5年.结果 实验组治疗瘢痕疙瘩有效率达90.00％,复发率为2.50％;对照组有效率分别为75.00％、80.00％,复发率分别为10.00％、15.00％.结论 采用局部封闭联合冷冻治疗瘢痕疙瘩是行之有效的手段,可显著降低复发率.

Effective analysis of focal sealing combined with freezing treatment for treating keloids

Objective To evaluate the effect of focal sealing in combination with freezing treatment in the treatment of keloid. Methods 120 cases of keloids from December 2006 to June 2011 were treated and divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group（40 cases） was treated by local injection of triamcinolone acetonide in combination with freezing treatmen, while the two control groups （40 cases in each group） were treated by single freezing treatment or single focal sealing of skin lesion. All the patients were followed up from 6 months to 5 years. Results The effective rate in the experiment group was 90.00% and the recurrence rate was 2.50%. The effective rates in the two control groups were 75.00% and 80.00% respectively and the recurrcnce rates were 10.00% and 15.00% respectively. Conclusion Focal sealing in combination with freezing treatment is an effective method to treat keloid, and can significantly reduce the recurrence rate with lower adverse reactions.
