摘    要:在电控机械式自动变速器(AMT)选换挡试验中,需要对数据进行实时监测与动态显示,针对这一问题,提出采用CAN总线与LabVIEW软件构建数据监测系统。在所设计的监测系统中,完成了硬件电路设计、系统软件编制以及采用VCI函数库的调用与配置方法,实现与LabVIEW之间的数据通信。通过台架实验,验证了该监测系统能够满足电控机械式自动变速器选换挡试验的需要。

Abstract:In order to meet the need of the automatic mechanical transmission(AMT) shifting trials,a data monitoring system was built based on CAN bus and LabVIEW software for dynamically real-time data monitoring and displaying.The system hardware and software were developed,and the VCI function library was used for configuration method.The communication was implemented between PC and electronic control unit with LabVIEW.The experiment results verified that,the performance of the designed data monitoring system can meet the application requirements for AMT experiment.
