Wistar大鼠脑震荡模型DPOAE及ABR的改变

摘    要:目的探讨Wistar大鼠脑震荡模型双耳DPOAE及ABR改变的特点。方法40只健康、无耳疾雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为A(正常)、B(撞击后30分钟内)、C(撞击后1小时)、D(撞击后1天)四组,分别于(F1*F2)1/2=0.5、0.7、1、1.4、2、3、4、6、8kHz共9个频率点进行DPOAE(f2/f1=1.2,L1=65dB SPL,L2=55dB SPL)幅值测试,同时进行ABR阈值检测。结果频率为2kHz时A组和B、C、D三组间DPOAE幅值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而B、C、D三组间幅值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。撞击后三组ABR阈值与正常组ABR阈值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),撞击后三组间ABR阈值比较差异无统计学意义。四组动物左右耳ABR和DPOAE检测结果差异无统计学意义。结论脑震荡对耳蜗外毛细胞有一定的影响和损害,可导致DPOAE幅值改变并对听神经通路可能有一定的损害,但其机制还需进一步探讨。

Abstract:Objective To observe the changes of DPOAE and ABR in animal model of cerebral concussion of Wistar rats.Methods Forty healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups-A as normal,B of 30 minutes after being rammed,C of 1 hour after being rammed,D of 1 day after being rammed.DPOAE responses were measured and analyzed for the four groups.ABR results were also observed.Results DPOAE responses were noted to be decreased with statistical significance at 2 kHz in the rammed groups (P<0.05).Never the less,less changes were observed among the other three groups (B,C,D)(P>0.05).ABR also revealed statistically significant change between the group of normal and the rammed groups (P<0.05).No significant differences were observed between the left and right ears of the two results.Conclusion Outer hair cells may be injured by cerebral concussion and the resultant changes may be indicated through DPOAE.
