摘    要:利用水热法制备二氧化锡纳米薄膜,研究了反应时间对薄膜性能的影响。结果显示:在宏观形貌上,随着水热反应时间的延长,SnO_2薄膜的宏观完整性有所改善;在表面粗糙度方面,随着水热反应时间的延长,薄膜表面峰的数量增加,峰的独立性增强,峰形变得尖锐,这使薄膜表面积增大;在显微结构方面,随着水热反应时间的延长,多孔结构变得均匀,孔的数量增加;基于制备周期的考虑,水热反应时间确定为7 d较为适宜。

Abstract:SnO2 nano film was prepared via the hydrothermal method,the effect of reaction time on the properties of film was discussed in this paper.The results show that for the macro-morphology,the macro integrity of SnO2 film is improved with increasing the hydrothermal reaction time.For the surface roughness,the number of film surface peaks is increased,the independence of the peaks is reinforced,and the peak is much sharper,which makes the film surface area increased with increasing the hydrothermal reaction time.For the microstructure,the porous structure is more uniform,the number of pore is increased with increasing the hydrothermal reaction time.The optimized hydrothermal reaction time is defined as 7 d by considering the above parameters.
