| 摘 要： | 选择６０例要求无痛分娩的健康单胎初产妇，随机分成三组，分别采用连续硬膜外布比卡因和小剂量芬太尼合用、舌下含服双氢埃托菲及舌下含服安慰剂进行分娩镇痛的临床研究。结果表明连续硬膜外布比卡因和芬太尼合用分娩镇痛效果显著，并能缩短产程，降低剖宫产率，对母婴无危害，安全可靠，可以临床推广应用。舌下含服双氢埃托菲分娩镇痛效果不完全。

| Abstract: | Sixty cases of primipara parturients on labour were randomly divided into three groups.The women in the first group were given bupivacaine and fentanyl by extradural anesthesia,the second group women were given DHE sublingually,the third group women were given placebo.Clinical study on obstetric analgesia in extradural anesthesia with bupivacaine adding fentanyl and dihydroetorphine (DHE) sublingually.The effect rate of the first group was 100%.The second group sublingually was 55%.The effect of anesthesia in the first group was better than the second group.Conclusions:Extradural anesthesia with bupivacaine adding fentanyl was safe and effective.It could shorten the time of the whole stage and reduce the rate of caesarean. |
