基于CAN总线多模块有源电力滤波器并联控制

摘    要:采用CAN总线通信来实现分布式控制在多模块并联有源电力滤波器中的应用;设计了基于CAN总线的新型相位同步与均流控制方法。采用TI最新的Concerto F28M35x系列控制器构成控制与通信系统,从而集实时控制与高级通信能力于一身;通过二台有源电力滤波器样机的并联运行调试,实验结果证明基于CAN总线的同步与均流策略使得每台有源电力滤波器模块输出电流的相位和幅值相等,经过补偿后的谐波畸变率低,响应速度快。

Abstract:This paper adopted the CAN bus communication to realize distributed control in a multi-module parallel active power filter application,and designed a new type of phase synchronization based on CAN bus and the current-sharing control method.It adopted the TI's latest Concerto F28M35xseries controllers to constitute control and communication systems,combining both real-time control and advanced communication abilities.Through parallel operating test of two sets of Active Power Filters prototype,the experiment results show that the synchronization based on CAN bus and the current-sharing strategy for each module of active power filter phase and amplitude of the output current is equal.After compensation,the harmonic distortion rate is lower,and the response speed is faster.
