摘    要:采用活性炭纤维氯乙烯吸附回收装置对四川乐山永祥树脂有限公司4万t/a PVC生产中精馏工段排放的氯乙烯进行吸附回收,自2004年6月至今,装置运行稳定,氯乙烯回收率稳定在95%左右,自动化控制水平高,安全性能好,回收的氯乙烯质量好。使用该装置后,每年可回收氯乙烯约380 t,年净收益180多万元。

Abstract:A set of activated carbon fiber adsorption recovery facilities were used to adsorption recover vinyl chloride discharged from the rectification procedure of the 40 kt/a PVC production plant in Sichuan Leshan Yongxiang Resins Co.,Ltd.From June 2004 up to now,the facilities runned stably,and VCM recovery rate kept at about 95%.The facilities had high automatic control level,good safety performance,and good quality of recovered VCM.After the facilities were put into operation,about 380 tons of VCM could be recovered every year,and the annual net incomes reached more than RMB$ 1.8 million.
