摘    要:对生物膜-MBR和MBR进行了洗涤废水的试验研究。结果表明,两个系统对LAS、COD及NH3-N均具有良好的去除效果。并且,生物膜-MBR的运行条件要优于MBR,其中生物膜-MBR的运行条件:水力停留时间4~4.5h,气水体积比35∶1,而MBR的运行条件:水力停留时间9~10h,气水体积比45∶1。在进水水质相同的条件下,就膜生物反应器的上清液而言,生物膜-MBR具有更好的抗冲击负荷能力;通过膜污染的研究结果表明,MBR的膜污染程度较轻。

Abstract:Biofilm-MBR and MBR were compared in treating washing wastewater.The results showed that,the two systems showed good removing effect on LAS,COD and NH3-N.the operating condition of membrane-MBR was superior than that of MBR,which was: the HRT was 4-4.5 h,the gas-water ratio was 35 ∶ 1;while,the operation condition of MBR was: the HRT was 9-10 h,gas-water ratio was 45 ∶ 1.When the quality of influent water was identical,membrane-MBR had better anti-shock load capacity which was indicated through the upper clean liquid of the membrane reactors;the results of the study of membrane fouling showed that,the degree of membrane fouling of MBR was fairly light.
