基于多Agent的地区电压无功控制

摘    要:针对普遍认同的电压无功优化控制的三级组织结构,旨在减少或避免多级多层次控制带来的数据不足、信息模糊、制定的控制措施不合理等不良影响,就目前电网分区管理的特点,提出了一种将地区电网作为Agent实行电压无功控制的二级管理模式。并对电网中常出现的三种典型非正常运行情况进行分析处理,较好地实现了本地及地区间电压无功控制与协调问题。最后通过数字仿真,验证了这一运行模式的有效性。

Abstract:In order to reduce or avoid the bad effects which contain scant data,fuzzy message,improper control measures produced by multilevel control,a new control mode based on multi-agent system,which has two management levels,is proposed.A new control mode is not only has a unique structure that is different from the accepted one which has three-level for voltage control,but also considers the characteristic of present power network management condition.Its control is mainly found on regional area control.Meanwhile,three typical abnormal situations which often happen in power grid are proposed and analyzed,and are solved well by regional cooperating control.At last,the result of simulation test shows the validity of the new control mode.
