黄河机淤固堤工程若干施工技术问题的探讨

摘    要:黄河泥沙输移量巨大,大量泥沙淤积河道,势必危及河道防洪安全,因此及时对河道清淤,同时加固大堤,是黄河治理势在必行的工作,目前在黄河下游进行的机淤固堤(淤临淤背)就是有效地排除大堤隐患、实现黄河长治久安的一项战略措施。针对黄河机淤固堤工程特点,对这项重大工程施工过程中的一些关键技术问题,如施工方案设计、施工方法进行了讨论,对提高机淤固堤工程质量、加快施工进度具有一定参考价值。

Abstract:The Yellow River flow carries significant amount of sediments.The river channels have been silted thus impacted the river's flood conveyance capacity.River dredging and levee reinforcement becomes an imperative job in the Yellow River management.The silting dyke is considered as a strategic measure to effectively remove the hidden danger of the levee to achieve the long-term stability in the Lower of the Yellow River.The paper discusses some key technical issues of this major project,such as the construction program design,construction methods,which helps increases the engineering quality and speeding up the construction schedule.
