| 保留喉功能的喉咽上区癌切除术 |

| 摘 要： | 采用保留喉功能的喉咽上区癌切除术治疗6例喉咽上区癌(T_1 2例,T_21例,T_2N_1 1例,T_3N_2 1例及T_4N_2 1例)。术后喉全功能恢复5例,部分恢复1例。存活5年以上3例。作者认为对喉咽上区癌T_1及T_2病变者最适于行保留喉功能的手术,经细心选择的T_3病变亦可考虑保留喉功能,而T_4病变预后甚差,是广泛切除的适应证。

| Abstract: | This paper reports 6 cases of superior hypopharyngeal carcinomas (T_1,2;T_2,1;T_2N_1,1;T_3N_2,1 and T_4 N_2,1)treated by conserva-tive hypopharyngectomy with the laryngeal functions restored completely in 5 cases and partially in 1.Three of them living and well over 5 years(50%,3/6)after operation.Indications and surgical techniques are described.The feasibilities of preservation of the larynx,preoperative evaluation of the lesion,
seIective of surgical techniques and methods of reconstruction are discussed.It is concluded that T_(1-2)lesions are fittest indications of conservative superior hypopharyngectomy. |
