摘    要:为顺应电力系统智能化、信息化的发展,保定供电公司开展了调控一体化建设,并在电网监控系统上移植地区电网自动电压控制(AVC)系统,实现了电压无功自动控制。系统现场运行情况表明,AVC系统能够保证系统电压合格,使功率因数维持在较高水平,有效降低网损,在调节精度、响应速度等方面远远优于人工调节,并且减少了人员投入,提高了电网自动化水平,有一定的经济意义。

Abstract:To follow the development of power system intellectualization and informationization, Baoding power supply company carries out the construction of the integrated regulation and control system, shifts the regional grid automatic voltage system (AVC) to the power grid monitoring system in order to realize the voltage/reactive automatic control without energy. The results of on-site operations show that the system can guarantee system voltage qualified and keeps power factor at a high level, and effectively reduce network losses. Moreover, AVC is superior to the manual control mode in terms of adjustment accuracy and response time. Further, it is economic because of improving the automation level of power grid with fewer employees.
