本科生管理案例分时段教学法研究

摘    要:该文针对工商管理专业本科段管理案例教学中存在的学生准备不够充分、参与不足现象,提出了管理案例分时段教学法的构想。这种方法把整个教学过程分为课前准备时段、课堂理论与方法学习时段、课余消化吸收与团队学习讨论时段、课堂汇报/辩论时段等四个相互联系的时段。文章给出了管理案例教学时段划分的方法,探讨了每一时段的教学组织方式和内容。

Abstract:A time-phase based management case teaching methods is proposed to address some problems in classroom teaching for undergraduate student, such as students' insufficiency preparative, poor involvement, etc. The methods mark off the course teaching process into interrelated four time phases: preparing before course teaching, studying the theory and methodology on case studying in class, digesting, assimilating the theory and methodology and discussing the case within a team in free time, reporting on the case and debating within all teams in class. The method of marking off time phase and the way of teaching organizing in each time phase are discussed. It is showed in practice by time-phase based management case teaching methods that the students can be fully involved in course teaching and exert every effect into course studying; and the teaching pattern achieves excellent educational effect.
