| 摘 要： | 双语教学是适应我国改革开放的新形势，推进高校素质教育的新举措。实行双语教学是培养具有较强国际竞争力的高素质人才的需要。本文对实施双语教学的必要性、目前存在的问题以及如何开展双语教学进行了分析和探讨。

| Abstract: | Bilingual teaching is adapted to the reform and opening policy and is a new measure to
boost quality education. Bilingual teaching is indispensable for higher education to cultivate high quality
talents with competitive abilities. In this study, the necessity and existing problems in performing bilingual
teaching as well as how to evolve bilingual teaching in China were explored and discussed. |
