| 摘 要： | 以胡椒环为起始原料,经硝化、还原、烷基化制备N-乙基胡椒胺。胡椒环的硝化反应以硝酸为硝化剂,硝基胡椒环的产率≥95.5%,纯度≥99%。硝基胡椒环的还原和N-乙基化以Raney-Ni为催化剂,甲苯为溶剂同釜连续进行,N-乙基胡椒胺的产率≥96%。

| Abstract: | N-ethyl-3,4-methylenedioxy-aniline was synthesized using 1,2-methylenedioxy-benzene as starting material by nitration,reduction and N-alkylation reactions.For the nitration,the yield of 3,4-methylenedioxy-nitrobenzene was over 95.5% with the purity over 99%.The reduction and N-alkylation of 3,4-methylenedioxy-nitrobenzene were carried out in one pot using Raney-Ni as catalyst and toluene as solvent.The yield of N-ethyl-3,4-methylenedioxy-aniline was over 96%. |
