肠病及肺的微生态学研究

摘    要:目的:采用微生态学的研究方法探讨"肠病及肺"的机理.方法:建立大鼠便秘模型,观察其结肠和肺部微生态变化.结果:便秘模型组的肠道需氧菌、真菌、大肠杆菌较正常对照组显著增多(P<0.01),而厌氧菌、类杆菌和双歧杆菌显著减少(P<0.01);同时,便秘模型组的肺部需氧菌增多,厌氧菌显著减少(P<0.05),真菌显著增多(P<0.01).结论:肺肠微生态学上的菌群对应规律性变化可能是"肠病及肺"的机制之一.

Abstract:Objective: To study the mechanism of bowel disease and lung micro-ecologically.Methods: Rat constipation models were made to observe the microbial changes in the colon and lung of the rats.Results: The number of aerobe,fungi and E.coli in the constipation model significantly increased than that in normal group(P<0.01) while the number of anaerobes,bacteroid and bifidobacterium significantly reduced(P<0.01).At the same time the number of lung aerobe increased in the constipation group,anaerobes significantly...
