汽车操纵稳定性测试台架开发

摘    要:应用硬件在环仿真技术,把汽车操纵稳定性研究传统的虚拟仿真变成具有真实环境的实物仿真.文中搭建了可以用来装载测试元件的台架,开发了用于汽车操纵稳定性的控制检测软件.实现了快速开发汽车上关键元件的功能,减少实车试验次数,缩短研制周期,有效降低成本,为汽车设计制造提供了一种有效方法.

Abstract:A simulation with real devices for the research of vehicle handling is developed instead of the traditional virtual simulation using HIL technology. A table on which the testing component is installed is developed, the testing software is also developed. We realize the function of developing the key component of vehicle, reduce the times of experiment and cycle of development, which provide a efficient way of vehicle design.
