| 摘 要： | 滨海新区循环经济发展的目标模式是在区域生态循环系统和基础设施系统支撑下的循环型经济系统和社会系统的有机组合与共生。其实现模式可分解为循环型生产系统、流通服务系统、消费系统、社会系统、区域生态循环系统以及区域基础设施系统等子系统的发展模式。

| Abstract: | The objective pattern of circled economy development for Binhai New Area the circles economy system is the combination and symbiosis of circled economy system and social economy system,which are supported by the regional ecological recycling system and the infrastructure system. Its realization pattern can be divided into several sub-systems' development patterns such as production system,circulation service system,consumption system,social system,regional ecological recycling system,the regional infrastructure system and so on. |
