| 摘 要： | 根据我国高新技术管理实践，系统分析了在高新技术产品及企业管理中存在的问题，结合高新技术产业管理的实际工作和具体要求，采用网络技术和面向对象编程技术，设计开发了基于Internet和Intranet的高新技术产品及企业评价管理信息系统，并在黑龙江省高新技术产品认定工作中进行了实际运行．结果表明，该系统的建立为高新技术产业管理提供了科学管理手段和工具．对提高高新技术产业管理水平具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | A series of scientific and practical methods have to be established to meet the requirements of the evaluation of high-tech products and enterprises in China. The research in this thesis is of practical significance in improving the evaluation management of high-tech products and enterprises. It supplies not only a new solution to collect the information of products and enterprises, but a flexible way to evaluate them by developing a management information system, which is based on both Internet and Intranet, and had been tested well in Heilongjiang High-tech Products Evaluation. |
