| 摘 要： | 目的了解慢性荨麻疹临床表现与ASST的关系，探讨ASST阳性慢性荨麻疹的临床特点。方法观察与分析100例慢性荨麻疹患者的临床表现特点，每例均进行ASST试验，并与42名正常人对照。结果慢性荨麻疹患者ASST阳性率为58％，正常对照组ASST均为阴性；ASST阳性患者较阴性患者病程长，风团数量多、面积大，易出现甲状腺肿大。结论自身免疫性慢性荨麻疹患者比非自身免疫性慢性荨麻疹患者的临床表现较为严重。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the correlation of clinical features of and autologous srum skin testin （ASST） patients with Chronic urticaria. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with chronic urticaria were collected and ASST was conducted and the results were compared wei 42 health controls. Results The positive rate of AsstWAS 58% in the observation group and that was 0% in the control group. The course of disease in patients with ASST was longer with large wheatl and sunjecto having goitre. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of chrnoic urticaria patients with ASST is much severe. |
