摘    要:基于光谱吸收型气体传感器的传感机理,搭建了实验平台,研究了基于一、二次谐波幅度比值法实现气体浓度检测的可行性,设计了一种新型的光纤气体传感器;基于32位嵌入式软核处理器NiosⅡ和FPGA技术设计了光纤气体传感器的解调系统.实验结果表明,该光纤气体传感器及其解调系统具有易维护、高速、高分辨率、高精度等优点.

Abstract:Based on the sensing principle of spectrum absorptive gas sensors, an experimental platform was built to study the feasibility of the method of detecting gas concentration using the first and second harmonic amplitude ratio method. A new type of optical fiber gas sensor was designed. Based on 32-bit embedded soft-core processors NiosⅡ and FPGA technique, a fiber-optic gas sensor demodulation system was designed. Experimental results show that the fiber-optic gas sensors and demodulation system are easy to maintain with high-speed, high-resolution and high accuracy.
