| 摘 要： | 从建筑节能评价指标体系构建的原则出发,构建了建筑节能效果评价指标体系,并根据此体系,建立了基于层次分析法和模糊数学的数学模型,并从定量的角度对建筑节能效果进行了综合评价。

| Abstract: | The index system of effective evaluation of building energy saving was built base on the principle of index sysytem of building energy saving. According to which,the mathematics model was built based on the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics.It also gave comprehensively quantiative evaluation of the effective of building energy saving. |
