北京市石景山区2009-2012年VCT情况分析

目的了解北京市石景山区2009—2012年艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）人群的情况，为探索石景山区艾滋病综合防治管理模式提供相关的信息和依据。方法收集石景山区2009年1月至2012年12月全区三家自愿咨询检测门诊（疾病预防控制中心、综合医院、妇幼保健院）的《自愿咨询个案登记表》进行分析。结果3563名求询者中，20-40岁青壮年占81．48％，男女比例为3．17：1；未婚占45．50％；高中及以上文化程度占82．15％；求询原因以非婚异性性行为占41．34％。求询者中96．69％接受了HIV抗体检测，确证结果阳性124人，阳性率为3．60％。124例确证阳性者中，通过男男性行为人群（MSM）感染的111人，HIV抗体检出率为10．97％。结论求询者以青壮年、文化程度为高中及以上的人群为主，求询原因以非婚异性性行为为主，HIV感染者以MSM为主，应广泛开展VCT工作，加强对MSM的行为干预。

Situation Analysis on Voluntary Counseling and Testing for HIV in Shijingshan District of Beijing from, 2009 to 2012

Objective To investigate the situation of human immunodeficiency virus （HIV） voluntary counseling and testing （VCT） in Shijingshan district of Beijing from 2009 to 2012, and provide relevant information and foundation for HIV/AIDS prevention and control in the future. Methods The data of VCT Case Registration Form from three outpatient services including Center for disease control and prevention, Maternity and child care centers and Shougang hospital in Shijingshan district from January 31 2009 to December 30 2012 were collected and analyzed. Results Of 3563 subjects, 81.48% were 20 to 40 years old. The male to female ratio was 3.17： 1. Totally, 45.50% were unmarried and 82.15 % had earned high school diploma or above. The main reason for consulting was non-marital heterosexual behavior （41.34%）. Subjects taking HIV antibody detection accounted for 96.69% and 124（3.60%） were positive, Among the positive subjects, 111 were infected through homosexual contact, with the positive rate of 10. 97% among detected men who have sex with men （MSM）. Conclusions HIV/AIDS counseling population consisted mainly of people aged 20--40 years. Non-marital heterosexual contact was the main reason for consulting. Most of them had got high school diploma and above. HIV infection was found mostly among MSM. VCT should be extensively carried out to strengthen behavior intervention among MSM.
