超声检查在胎儿畸形产前诊断中的临床价值

目的探讨超声检查在胎儿畸形产前诊断中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析芜湖市第二人民医院孕妇超声检查临床资料。结果 2 300例孕妇经超声检查,经超声检出畸形共50例,检出率约96%,漏诊2例,胎儿畸形以神经系统畸形(9例,占17.3%),泌尿系统畸形(23例,占44.2%),先天性心脏病(3例,占5.7%)及颜面部畸形(2例,占3.8%)较为常见,漏诊1例为手形状异常,1例为Turner综合症。结论超声检查在胎儿畸形产前诊断应用中,诊断明确,准确率较高,同时以其无创、方便的优点,值得临床广泛推广应用,可作为产前诊断的首选方法。

Clinical value of ultrasound examination in prenatal diagnosis of fetal abnormalities

Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasound examination in prenatal diagnosis of fetal abnormalities.Methods A retrospective study of clinical data of ultrasound was conducted on pregnant women from Wuhu Second People’s Hospital and the results were analyzed.Results 2300 cases of pregnant women underwent ultrasound examination,of which 50 cases of fetal abnormalities were detected.The detection rate was about 96%.2 cases were missed.Fetal abnormalities were commonly seen in abnormalities of nervous system（9 cases,17.3%）,urinary system abnormalities（23 cases,44.2%）,congenital heart disease（3 cases,5.7%）and facial abnormalities（2 cases,3.8%.）.Of the 2 cases of missed diagnosis,one was abnormality of hand,and the other was Turner syndrome.Conclusion The applications of ultrasound in prenatal diagnosis of abnormalities has the advantage of being clear and highly accurate.Since it is non-invasive and convenient,ultrasound technique is worth to be widely recommended and employed in prenatal diagnosis.It can be used as the first choice of prenatal diagnosis so as to reduce the birth defect in our country,improve the population quality and to implement the prenatal and postnatal care policy.
