摘    要:根据微型电动汽车用永磁无刷直流电机驱动控制器的控制特性,设计了基于集成功率驱动芯片IR2130的功率管并联驱动电路。通过对驱动电路的合理设计,极大地提高了并联MOSFET驱动电路的动态稳定性。利用Muhisim软件建立驱动电路模型并进行仿真,仿真结果表明,采用该方案设计的功率驱动电路具有较低的过冲电压,并提高了功率驱动...

Design of Power Drive Circuit for Miniature EV Base on IR2130

Abstract:According to the control characteristics of the drive controller of PMBLDC used for miniature EV, the power tube (MOSFET) parallel driving circuit is designed based on the integrated power drive chip IR2130. The dynamic stability of the MOSFET drive circuit is greatly improved by the rational design of the drive circuit and the right selection of heat sink. The model of the drive circuit is established and further simulated by using Muhisim software. The simulation results show that the power driving circuit designed by adopting this scheme has lower overshoot voltage and also the dynamic performance of the power drive circuit is enhanced.
