磨矿细度对胶磷矿浮选精矿产率和P2O5回收率的影响

摘    要:通过对不同类型胶磷矿进行的磨矿细度试验研究表明,在一定选矿指标下,细磨有利于磷矿物与脉石矿物单体充分解离,提高精矿中杂质的排出率,有利于提高精矿回收率。对滇池周边矿区的中低品位胶磷矿(w(P2O5)≤22%),最适宜的磨矿细度是粒径小于0.038 mm的物料占76.2%以上,或粒径小于0.074 mm的物料占93%以上。

Abstract:Based on the test of grinding fineness with various types collophanite, it is indicated that, with the certain indexes, fine grinding is beneficial to fully dissociation between phosphate minerals and gangue mineral, increasing the excretion rate of impurity in concentrate, improving the recovery rate of concentrate. For the medium and low grade eollophanite (with the w(P2O2)≤22%) in Dianchi area, the optimum grinding fineness is that mineral powder with the particle size 〈 0.038 mm account for more than 76.2%, or 〈 0.074 mm account for more than 93%.
