基于模糊综合评判的电力通信设备状态评价方法

摘    要:电力通信设备的状态评价通常通过对影响通信设备状态的各因素进行定性与定量相结合的方式来进行。由于评价因素众多,对大量通信设备进行评价时工作量较大。而且,由于评价过程中涉及众多的主观判断,容易导致评判结果有较大的不一致性。以电力通信设备的风险情况、备品情况、供应情况与历史运行情况等多个方面构造状态评价体系,采用模糊综合评判法对设备状态进行评价。通过研究准则层(指标层)与方案层(或状态层)的模糊映射关系,分析了模糊综合评判的数学模型,提出了电力通信设备模糊综合评判算法。最后通过具体应用算例采用该算法对设备状态进行了评价。该算法不仅大大减少了工作量,而且评判结果有较好的一致性,对电力系统通信设备的状态评估具有较大的推广价值。

Abstract:Quantitative and qualitative methods are frequently used jointly to approach the evaluation of the factors which affect the condition of communication equipment in the condition assessment of electric power communications A large amount of condition assessment work is needed due to the multitude of evaluation factors Further, subjective judgments in the assessment will lead to the inconsistency of evaluation results A condition evaluation system for electric power communications equipment is formed by using risk status, spare parts storage, supply position, historical operation conditions and other multifactorial combinations Besides,the fuzzy synthetic evaluation is used to evaluate the status of equipments The fuzzy mapping relations on both the rule hierarchy (target hierarchy) and the project hierarchy (criteria hierarchy) are studied, and the mathematical model of the fuzzy synthesis evaluation is analyzed, and then the fuzzy synthesis evaluation algorithm of power communication equipment is proposed The method is applied to an example in application for the status evaluation of its equipment The fuzzy synthetic assessment method can reduce the workload greatly and keep the consistency of evaluation results, thus it has a good popularization value in the condition assessment of electric power communication equipment.
