| 摘 要： | 反应堆压力容器顶盖的密封作业是核电厂调试和大修期间的主线工作，通过整体螺栓拉伸机（ MSTM）来执行密封作业能有效地节约时间，提高工作效率，但也存在使用要求高、设备故障影响大等风险。结合实践经验对整体螺栓拉伸机使用过程的控制进行介绍和分析，可以有效降低风险，优化工作流程，安全高效地完成密封作业。

| Abstract: | The sealing operation of reactor pressure vessel is the critical path during commissioning and outage in nuclear power plant.Through the use of multi stud tension machine （ MSTM） to perform the sealing work can efficiently save time and improve the efficiency,but at the same time,high risk like e-quipment fault also comes.Application control measures of MSTM was introduced and analyzed in this paper,which can reduce the risk,optimize the work flow and complete the sealing job safely and effi-ciently. |
