| 摘 要： | 针对焦炭塔裙座过渡段的结构特点，制定了详细的制造工艺，合理安排炼钢、锻造、机加工、焊接、热处理、无损检测等工序的顺序，并制定了各个工序的工艺措施，最后过渡段制造成功。结果表明，制定的过渡段制造工艺是合理的。

| Abstract: | According to the structural characteristics of coke drum skirt transition section making detailed manufacturing process, reasonably arranging the order of steelmaking forging, machining, welding, heat treatment and nondestructive testing and so on,formulation the process control measure in the each work process,the product was successfully manufactured at last.The results showed that it is reasonable for manufacturing process. |
