| 摘 要： | 目的探讨糖皮质激素联合抗幽门螺杆菌（Hp）治疗难治性特发性血小板减少性紫癜（ITP）的疗效。方法对2004年1月-2007年6月68例难治性ITP患者采用^14C尿素呼气试验进行Hp检测，其中25例合并Hp感染。对25例患者给予根除Hp及糖皮质激素治疗，比较治疗前后血小板数目。结果25例患者中有16例（64％）血小板数目有所提高，由（12．1±10．3）×10^9／L升至（68．4±36．5）×10^9／L（P〈0．05）。结论根除Hp是合并Hp感染的难治性ITP患者行之有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect on refractory idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura （R-ITP） after glucocorticoid combined eradication of helicobacter pylori（Hp）. Methods ^14C urea breath test were made to detect Hp in 68 patients with refractory idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura during January 2004 to June 2007. Twenty-five of whom were Hp positive, and the patients were treated by eradicated Hp and glucocorticoid. The meta-analytic comparison was focused on the platelet count before and after Hp eradication. Results An improvement of platelet count was observed in 16/25（64%） patients（12.1±10.3）× 10^9/L vs （68.4±36.5）× 10^9/L]. There was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hp eradication is effective to refractory ITP with Hp infection. |
