| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种具有高剥离强度和剪切强度的室温固化耐热胶粘剂。室温固化10d后,室温剥离强度可达到7．0kN／m;室温剪切强度为30．8MPa,150℃剪切强度可达14．5MPa。重点讨论了环氧树脂种类、复配合固化剂比例以及促进剂用量对胶粘剂粘接强度和耐热性能的影响。 |

| Abstract: | In this paper,a kind of heat resistant adhesive is introduced,and the adhesive obtained high peel strength and high shear strength. After the adhesive cured at room temperature for ten days,the peel strength arrived 7.5 kN/m at room temperature, and shear strength arrived 30.8 MPa at room temperature,and shear strength arrived 14.5 MPa at 150℃. The influence of the kinds of epoxy resin,the proportion of composite curing agent ,and the content of accelerant on the adhesive strength and heat resistant properties of adhesive were discussed. |
