基于CAN总线分布式粮情管控系统的研究与设计

摘    要:根据目前粮情管控系统存在的问题,提出一种基于现场总线分布式粮情管控系统。上位管理中心计算机利用组态软件开发上位机界面,下位机采用带CAN总线的AT89C51CC01单片机作为智能测控终端测控和传输粮仓的信息,利用单总线数字温度传感器芯片DS18B20测量温度。研究设计表明,该分布式粮情管控系统通用性优良,适宜于远距离通信,线路少且维修方便,精度高且抗干扰能力强,价格低廉,应用范围比较广泛,能满足了实时测控和管理的要求。

Abstract:According to the present problems of granary measuring and controlling system,a method based on CAN bus was put forward. The upper computer interface was designed with configuration software,while the lower computers adopted single chips with CAN bus as intelligent measuring and controlling terminal to measure and control every granary,and used 1-wire digital temperature sensor chip DS18B20 to measure temperature. It was proved that this measuring and controlling system had the advantages of excellent generality,fitting for telecommunication,less wires and convenient for maintenance,high precision and strong anti-interference ability,low price,and wild application scope. It could fulfill real-time measuring and controlling requirement.
