基于机器视觉的电子器件在线检测分选系统

摘    要:针对一种声表面波滤波电子器件,设计了基于机器视觉的电子器件在线检测分选系统,详细论述了机器视觉系统的硬件组成和工作原理.在搭建系统硬件平台后,采用Qt应用程序框架,结合OpenCV开发了一套电子器件在线检测分选系统软件.经过大量实验和长时间实际生产运行表明,该系统检测速度快、识别准确率高、成本预算低,完全满足现代工业在线检测的需要.
