中药注射剂不良反应的大规模调查分析与处理对策

摘    要:目的:调查中药注射剂不良反应情况,为合理应用中药注射剂提供参考。方法:采用自行设计的《中药注射剂使用情况调查表》对我院2009年1月至2011年12月门诊和住院部3350例使用中药注射剂数据进行分析。结果:共调查到不良事件210例,发生率为6.27%,双黄连注射剂、参麦注射液、黄芪注射液的不良反应发生率比较大,主要为用药部位损害、胃肠系统损害与全身性损害。用药不合理、性别、过敏性疾病、合并中药注射剂种数为主要的危险因素。结论:中药注射剂不良反应发生具有范围广、比例高等特点,集中体现在用药部位损害与胃肠部位损害,用药不合理、性别、有无过敏性疾病、合并中药注射剂种数为主要危险因素,要积极加强预防处理对策。

The Large-scale Survey Analysis and Counter measures of the Adverse Reactions of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection

Abstract:Objective: To survey the adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine injections for the rational application of traditional Chinese medicine injections.Method: Used the own designed 《The questionnaire of use of traditional Chinese medicine injection》to analyse 3350 cases of outpatient and inpatient departments use traditional Chinese medicine injection data from January 2009 to December 2011 in our hospital.Result: A total of 210 cases of adverse events,the rate was 6.27%,Shuanghuanglian mixture injection,Shenmai injection,Astragalus injection adverse reaction rate were relatively large,the main was the medication part of the damage,gastrointestinal damage and systemic damage.Unreasonable drugs,sex,allergic diseases,merging traditional Chinese medicine injections were the main risk factors.Conclusion: The adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine injections has the characters with wide range of proportion that are main the medication site damage and gastrointestinal site damage,medication unreasonable,sex,allergic diseases,merging traditional Chinese medicine injection agent are major risk factors,we should actively to strengthen the prevention of the countermeasures.
