| 摘 要： | 目的:观察养血清脑颗粒治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效.方法:将符合病例的66人随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组应用养血清脑颗粒,对照组用盐酸氟桂利嗪口服治疗.结果:治疗组有效率优于对照组,有显著性差异(P＜0 .01).两组治疗前后TCD各项指标比较均有显著性差异(P＜0.01),治疗组优于对照组 .结论:养血清脑颗粒可以有效改善椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕.

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of Yangxue Qingnao Granules in the treatment of vertigo due to vertibrobasilar ischemia. Method: 66 cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The patients in the treatment group were treated by Yangxue Qingnao Granules while those in the control group were given Flunarizine Hydrochloride Tablets orally. Result: The total effective rate of the former was much higher than that of the latter, which was significantly different (P<0.01). After treatment, each index of TCD of both groups showed obvious difference in comparison of the index before treatment (P<0.01); in particular, the treatment group was superior to the control group in its effect. Conclusion: Yangxue Qingnao Granules can relieve the vertigo due to vertebrobasilar ischemia. |
