| 摘 要： | 青年志愿者活动是大学生个人品德建设的重要载体。大学生是青年志愿者活动的重要力量。青年志愿者活动在推进大学生个人品德建设中具有十分重要的影响与作用。在青年志愿者活动中加强大学生个人品德建设，有利于社会营造对大学生个人品德建设的环境氛围，有利于高校对大学生个人品德的教育和培养，有利于大学生对自身个人品德的实践和修养。
