| 摘 要： | 目的分析儿科住院部易于发生护患纠纷的原因,并寻求对策.方法通过对儿科住院部2001年1月～2004年12月发生的护患纠纷进行分析归类,提出对策并观察效果.结果明显减少了护患纠纷的发生,2005年在市卫生局组织的"群众满意医院"检查中,我院儿科护理服务满意度达到95%.结论分析护患纠纷的原因并有针对性地制定相应对策,可以提高护理服务满意度,减少护患纠纷的发生.
