上矢状窦血栓形成11例临床分析

目的探讨上矢状窦血栓形成的病因、诊断和治疗方面的特点。方法回顾11例上矢状窦血栓形成患者的病历资料,对其发病诱因、临床表现、诊断和治疗进行分析总结。结果 11例患者中有9例有明确诱因;常见的表现有颅内压增高症状、局灶性神经功能缺失、癫(?)发作等;颅脑磁共振扫面可见特征性改变;9例抗凝治疗好转,2例死于脑疝。结论上矢状窦血栓形成患者多有明显的诱因,临床表现各异,低分子肝素抗凝治疗的患者预后较好。

Clinical Analysis of 11 Cases of Superior Sagittal Sinus Thrombosis

Objective To explore the etiopathogenisis, diagnosis, clinical manifestation and treatments of superior sagittal sinus thrombosis（SSST）. Methods The clinical data of 11 patients with SSST, including course, symptoms, risk factors, image findings and treatmens, was analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 11 cases, 7 cases has risk factors.The most common symptoms were performance of intracranial hypertension, limb paralysis and seizures. Head MRI showed abnormal signals on the sagittal sinus. Nine cases imploved in clinical symptoms and 2 cases died caused by cerebral herniation. Conclusion The clinical manifestation of SSST was various and nonspecific,most patients hao risk factors, low-molecular-weight heparin showed a relatively confirmative effect in SSST patients.
