| 摘 要： | 目的 观察晚期胃癌化疗前后血清可溶性Ｅ-钙粘连蛋白（ｓＥＣ）的浓度变化并探讨其临床意义。方法 用酶联免疫吸附方法检测４０例晚期胃癌初治患者接受ＦＯＬＦＯＸ４方案化疗前和化疗后第８周的血清ｓＥＣ浓度，分析化疗前后血清ｓＥＣ浓度及其变化与疗效的关系。结果 ４０例患者获ＣＲ２例，ＰＲ１２例，ＳＤ１３例，ＰＤ１３例。获有效组（ＣＲ＋ＰＲ）患者化疗后的血清ｓＥＣ浓度为（２０８２.３６±５９０.３２）ｎｇ／ｍｌ，显著低于化疗前的（２６７４.５０±６８７.８９）ｎｇ／ｍｌ（Ｐ＜０.０５）；获ＳＤ和ＰＤ组患者化疗后血清ｓＥＣ浓度较化疗前均显著升高（Ｐ＜０.０５）；获ＳＤ和ＰＤ组患者化疗前基线ｓＥＣ水平显著低于有效组（Ｐ＜０.０５）。结论 化疗后血清ｓＥＣ浓度下降可能与晚期胃癌ＦＯＬＦＯＸ４方案化疗疗效呈正相关，化疗前ｓＥＣ浓度高的疗效好。
