循环流化床锅炉的临界流化风量的测定技术分析

摘    要:介绍了循环流化床锅炉临界流化风速的概念及其在锅炉冷态调试时的测定方法,利用厄贡准则式和浙江大学提出的计算式计算了宽筛分颗粒的冷热态临界流化风速的比值,分析了冷态临界流化风量与热态运行时风量的关系,指出二者基本相当时才能保证热态运行时床料良好流化。

Abstract:The minimum fluidization velocity(u mf )of wide-grade coal and the ratio of u mf in cold and hot positions were calculated using the Ergun and Zhejiang University's Equations respectively.The relationship of the u mf in cold and hot positions was analyzed and from the analysis the conclusion that the cold and hot u mf should be nearly the same to keep the CFB running properly can be drawn.
