摘    要:为分析室外安装的气体绝缘母线(GIB)在日气温循环变化作用下由于外界环境的循环变化对外壳和导体机械特性的影响,采用顺序耦合有限元方法建立了包含梅花接头的离相气体绝缘母线热-结构耦合场计算模型,该模型基于正弦温度预测理论模拟气温时变特性并采用罚刚度接触算法模拟接头的热-结构接触行为;再基于该模型分析了不同气象温差下气体绝缘母线的外壳和导体应力和位移暂态特性。计算结果表明,接头触点由于接触压力和应力的集中而产生塑性形变,日气温变化会引起母线接头与导体对接深度的变化,从而有可能使部分接头因导体对接深度不足而失效。

Stress and Displacement Calculation and Analysis of Gas Insulated Busbars Considering Daily Temperature Change
Abstract:To analyze the influence of external environment circulation changes on the shell and conductor mechanical properties of outdoor installed gas-insulated bus GIB (Gas Insulated Busbar) under the effect of daily temperature changes, the heat-structure coupled fields calculation model of isolated phase GIB including butt-connector was set up based on sequential coupling finite element method. The model simulated the time variation of temperature based on the sinusoidal temperature prediction theory and the thermal-structural contact behavior of the connector based on the penalty stiffness contact algorithm. The calculation model was used to analyze the transient stress and displacement characteristics of shell and connector in GIB by various meteorological temperature differences. The calculation results show that the plastic deformation occurs due to the concentration of contact pressure and stress. The variation of daily temperature will cause the change of the butt joint depth between the busbar and the conductor, which may cause some joints to fail due to insufficient conductor butt depth.
